I was looking at some scotch pairings with food suggestions and came across several suggestions about chocolate chip cookies and scotch. So my wife made some cookies. Not wanting to waste anything good I tried it with some Aberlour that I have. Simply one of the most amazing pairings I have ever had! It was like an explosion in your mouth. Complete sensory over load.
I did not love it, but it was spectacularly amazing. Give it a try!!!
